the hotel was fairly clean, reasonably large. well-appointed and big size room with a view of the basilica, amazingly nice stuff - everything was good. this was a marvellous and fantastic location just off the cascia, and the sanctuary. it also was closest to the cathedral.

Well-appointed and reasonably spacious rooms.
Nice building and rooms with excellent walk-in shower. Freshly prepared and varied breakfast with lots of choices. Outstanding food, excellent and amazing location very near the church. Patient, amicable staff towards all guests🙂

I appreciated getting a complimentary upgrade to a superior quadruple room with a view of the basilica, it was a nice gesture. the hotel provided amenities such as hair dryers, a bidet, and a walk-in shower. - the location was fantastic for me, being conveniently located next to Cascia downtown and close to restaurants and shops.

The hotel provided excellent facilities, including a good wi-fi connection and safe parking. The location was key, being just a short walk away from the church. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
One downside was the poor sound insulation in the rooms, which made it difficult to sleep at times.
